help is this a bedbug bite, I'm living in this room temporarily for next month, I have never seen a bedbug here, its empty and clean so no place to hide, but I can't make sure if this is a bedbug bite or not, I have dealt with them so I checked all the suitable places and find none (my old room had an infestation).

please help me identify this
