Apologies for the dramatic title - but it appears that we reached this milestone, in the presence of:

  1. Auto-hangup in the phone line.
  2. Lack of any public announcement for weeks.
  3. The concurrent break down in communications across all customers having film with them.
  4. Auto answer in email (for email reception confirmation) no longer works
  5. Emails are not replied.
  6. The cine film department has also disappeared.
  7. No one (known to be) working at the company is answering to any DM's on instagram
  8. "Open to Work" flairs on LinkedIn of people that worked at the company as recently as last month.

The rationale behind this post is to accumulate complaints, efforts, communication attempts and potential ways to retrieve film that is still with the company. The effort here is to centralize all customers with recent orders with them and see what recourse we have -

I would please urge everyone to avoid posts that state about a successful service in February, we know they were operating at that time.

There already are existing threads on the topic but they're mostly about delays, not what appears to be full closure of the company.

In addition, anyone with close proximity to their office is not only encouraged to take a look but would be met with alot of gratitude, for just providing any insight pertinent to the fate of our film material.

Would also want to check if there any other avenues to pursue with consumer agencies in Germany to at least push for a mass return of film to customers.

Finally, I would like to say that I find quite peculiar the web of websites around the company - others promoting the "Lumiere" scanner (which never materialized) , others their cinema efforts and even grants around that, then there's Silbersalz35 for photos - feels too much...

P.S: If I end up being wrong (I wish), and the company simply screwed up, at least maybe we can get our films back and never ever, ever go near them ever again.
