I built a free web app to make checkout practice more fun

Hi everyone!

As a beginner darts player, I wanted a checkout practice tool that makes the learning more fun. Since I like coding, I decided to build my own, and I thought I'd share it with the community here.

It's called Darts Checkout Grinder. It’s 100% free, has no ads, and runs directly in your browser.

Here is what it does:

Checkout Practice: Randomly generated target scores.

Checklist Mastery: It tracks your success rate. Hit a specific checkout 5 times, and it gets marked as "Mastered" on your personal 162-item grid. Oh, and you also have a checklist for real life doubles thrown :)

Gamification: You get daily and weekly quests. Completing them gives you XP to level up your profile.

Global Leaderboard: Compete with others based on your XP or the total number of practice legs completed.

App-like experience: You can add it to your Home Screen from Safari/Chrome, and it works exactly like a native dark-mode app.

You can try it here: https://gymarci98.github.io/darts-game-app/

I would absolutely love to hear your feedback! Feel free to use it as much as you want. If you have any feature requests, ideas, or if you spot any bugs, please let me know in the comments. I want to keep improving it.

Cheers!

I’m having a frustrating issue with my Target Omni lighting system and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
When I turn it on cold, the brightness is perfectly normal. However, after playing for a little bit (roughly the length of a best-of-3 match), the light suddenly dims significantly. It becomes so faint that it's hard to play.
If I unplug the power and plug it right back in when this happens, it flashes with normal brightness for a split second, but then immediately drops back to being dim.
Has anyone run into this? Could it be a faulty power adapter, some sort of thermal throttling/overheating, or a bad LED driver inside the unit? Any advice or similar experiences would be hugely appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
(4 months old omni btw)
