I think Carthu is wrong about Goku's heart virus

Honestly, virus's and other diseases and what not in general can lay dormant in the body and never show signs of existing even from birth all the way up to old age, so why does what carthu say about it HAVE to be correct? why couldnt goku have gotten his heart virus from birth, or from ANYWHERE at anytime and it simply just laid dormant in his system his whole life until it didnt.

Everyone keeps claiming saiyans would just instantly die in space

Bardock flies into space to confront friezas attack, vegeta enters space by leaving his spaceship to destroy planet Arlia, we witness goku fighting beerus in space for a moment, sure people claim it was upper atmosphere but we can very very clearly see them IN space during the fight at some point. why does everyone assume a saiyan would simply just die? especially since they can hold their breath for extended periods of time, by that logic viltrumites cant survive in space either because they need oxygen too but we see thats clearly not the case. Also when vegeta blew up planet Arlia he didnt instantly rush back into his space pod like he was dying or something. ALSO ALSO the top of mount Everest has barely any oxygen and thats like 8km up, beerus and goku were above 20km up im pretty sure, where air was essentially almost entirely non existent.

Quick edit: Viltrumites ALSO can not survive the vacuum of space, so using the pic of vegeta saying saiyans cant doesnt work because contextually vegeta very clearly means saiyans cant survive in the vacuum of space forever and will eventually need oxygen, JUST LIKE a viltrumite.

Another edit: Filler can show up on screen in a show and not appear in the pages of the manga and still be canonical and exist in the lore of the manga because its up to the creator/owner to decide, not the reader. I can make my own manga right now then make a show based off it and have the show be 90% filler and its my decision to decide whether its canonical or not. Unless it has been clearly stated by those who have the power to make said decision, filler IS canon, this isn't up to any of you or me for that matter, none of us get to make this decision for the owners. Essentially, the only time filler CAN NOT be considered canon is if it creates a continuity error, then its obviously not canon, until then its simply JUST filler. Not non-canonical filler, just filler, there's a difference.
