As the title says, I used to play a lot, then got into spoofing because ther really aren't a lot of decent spots near me. I have to do a lot of driving around just to hit multiple poke stops. I just downloaded the game again, but before I start spoofing again, I wanted to make sure there isn't anything I need to be aware of that has changed.

Before it was always wait 2 hours after moving to a new location before interacting at all. Does that still work, or do I need to be more careful than that?
