Controlling my life

I have been controlled my entire life by them to the point I’ve been going to psychologists, been put on antidepressants and I’ve started experiencing bad panic attacks to the point where I had to quit my job because I would have a panic attack for up to 5 hours.

I had to move back home around 3 years ago. My family have control over my cellular network as they paid for the phone when I was younger & refuse to give me proof of residency to get a new sim because they still want to see what I search etc.. they also view everything I do through the WiFi, whenever I leave the house they go through all my things & that is why I can’t even journal because they’ll read it. They put a tracker on my car are fighting for me to add them on mobile tacking apps which I’ve been fighting against. Long story short I am 30 and being treated as if I am 12.

Do you guys have anyyyy tips or advice on how I can please get any form of privacy while I’m working on my mental health to get back to work and out.

Confused about secondary and primary resource citations.

For my introduction let’s say I am reading this article from Yin 2024 & he has this sentence: The potential of GenAI to refine ad performance by leveraging predicted personality traits and automating advertising processes has been highlighted as a game-changer in the industry (Shumanov et al., 2021; Yang, 2023).

And that is the perfect example of what I was looking for. For my paraphrased sentence do I reference Yin where I read it from or should I go to the papers from Shumanov & Yang ?

Another problem that I am having is we can only use sources from the last 5 years for the introduction and if the latest source for instance says “ As the introduction of AI and Machine learning is catching on with many people, its use in different devices, applications, and services are becoming widespread (Zawacki-Richter et al., 2019).” Do I track down what Zawacki-Richter said or can I use the article I read it from for my in text reference because it is not older than 5 years but the source they referenced it.
