Anyone here having the same problem as I am? I just got my roborock today and I am so disappointed by this product. I cant even use the mop feature due to the problem saying that I need to “check the water tank or refill” or “water level low” even if I already filled the water tank. I cleaned the sensor, tank(even if it is the first time using it) and even refilled it with water many many times. I spent like 30k php or almost 500$ for this product and I am really disappointed because I was really expecting it to do its job but I cannot even use the mop feature.
