1. Absolutely appalling customer service during video verification.

The female operator wearing glasses spoke to me in a condescending and challenging tone, as if I owed her something. She bluntly informed me that my perfectly valid document was not acceptable. When I tried to ask for clarification, she simply hung up the phone without any warning.

This kind of rude and unprofessional behaviour has left me with no choice but to close my Revolut account. After being a loyal customer for at least three years, I will not be recommending the service to my extensive network of business associates and partner.>!&#x200B;!<
