Vandle Card Restricted
My friend's Vandle Card is restricted and its been like a week or so but they wont unrestrict it and she has provided all documents as well. She has a big deposit on that account of 20k yen that is not unusable, is there a way to get the money out and like what happens if the card is never unrestricted, how does she get the money back from it? Thank you
