Hot take: Silver is way more annoying to go against them Shadow is
Am I saying Shadow less OP then Silver. No. Yes Shadow is more OP than Silver. But at least the main thing that made him OP was chaos snap from far away. Everything else was fine and if you just tunneled him as Kolo or Fleetway or waited until rage as 2011X. He wasn't as annoying. Meanwhile Silver is just annoying on almost every map in the game. While having only one killer that hard counters him. Because guess what that one killer can fly
