hi, im a CSA & don’t mind doing outside work with carts, but is it normal for MICs to constantly ask you to go outside longer than scheduled, or before it’s your turn?
i spent an hour outside today because partners needed help catching up, was still expected to go outside an extra 30 once it was my turn, got my 15 minute break, and got asked to go back outside right after, which i feel like isn’t fair, since i’m LITERALLY the only one they ask to help pick up the slack. and no one ever comes outside to help me.
i constantly have go outside, no matter the time of day, even if my name isn’t on the schedule at all, and they don’t want to train me on the cart runner.
i feel like i’m being overworked, but i might be being dramatic.
