Does HEB hire on the spot?

I just got back from an interview as a Rx Technician, the interview was made by the Pharmacist and it went pretty well. She asked me a couple of questions as to how were my computer skills and if my availability was going to change in the next 3 months so I thought I was going to be offered the position at the spot lol but she said I was going to get an email with whatever decision they had.

Creamy Creations Diarrhea

My entire family got diarrhea from eating the chocolate flavor creamy creations. We’re all fighting for our lives right now. It feels like I overdosed on laxatives.

Edit: We ate the no sugar added version. Pretty sure it’s the sarbitol and maltitol.

For people saying it’s everything else- I ate it two days ago and I was the only one who got diarrhea. My family tried it today, including me, and we all got it.

HEB Curbside App Issues

Have done curbside pickup for quite some time. Often they either give us expired or have missing items. You’ve always been able to report it under the order itself. Well Sundays order was missing multiple items from, now I go into app and it’s not there anymore to report. Now it shows me to send in a help request on the missing items. I’ve done that. Did they change the way the app works or have I been tagged for excessive reporting of items?

I wanna see your ad day carts

I do display changes at my store on ad day. Although I have a decent layout with my cart on where everything goes, I want to see how other shelf edge partners have theirs laid out (if any). I'm always looking for something to make me more efficient so I'd like to see all kinds of options. 😀

Meal Simple premade meals have suddenly gone downhill. New supplier perhaps?

(For reference, I shop at the Fredericksburg store.)

We've been picking up premade dinners about once a week for years. They've always been consistent - decent sized cut of meat, fresh vegetables, etc. Nothing fancy but a nice break when one doesn't feel like cooking. But the ones we got Sunday were a huge step down. The preloaded baked potatoes were smaller and a different variety, the toppings were low quality, the beef was a lesser grade and the portions were smaller. The labeling has changed as well - no more large clear text with the name of the meal, no baking instructions, no calorie count and protein / fat / carb breakdown. Frankly they're crap now and not worth buying.

Does anyone know if this is a permanent change? If so it's sad.

Inflation

Sad day but inflation has finally hit these burgers. My wife and I’s favorite ones. They were $5 just a week or 2 ago. Will I still buy them? Probably. Just sad

Curbside packing expired products

Placed and picked up a curbside order on August 16. How did an item that expired on July 13, over a month prior, end up in my order? For reference these were the Higher Harvest cheddar & chive potato bakes.
