Like I said last night I was given a dui and booked in jail because I refused to do a breathalyzer, will Heb find out and if so how will they find out ?

I’ve heard about curbside being outsourced when it’s deliveries so i was trying to avoid it but ultimately had to today and it just doesn’t make sense why they would do that huge change. I’m not even allowed to remove an item they picked wrong, i also answered my text late not realizing it was an unknown number (iPhone filter) so i missed some other subs too. I’ve worked curbside but I’ve been out of that department for years so I’m just wondering what the change was? Alleviate the shoppers load? Payroll labor for the drivers? It’s cheaper to pay an individual? Where are these shoppers coming from anyway?
I’m just curious more than annoyed 😂

Had a curbside order of just 15 items. Got notification that all items were in stock with no substitutions. We park in spot CC. After about 10 minutes an employee approaches and tells us that ”a couple of items” were missing from our order and that a shopper was going to get them and it would take “a while”. When she came back with our stuff after about 15 minutes, she asked if it was okay to substitute the name brand fiber supplement for the one we ordered.

What are the chances our order was brought to spot C and they had to reshop the entire order?

Idk why they changed vendors or the brand but virtually every bag we buy now is so fibrous they’re literally not edible.

Tbh it started to become more of an issue before they changed from the HEB packaging to this new one but at least it was like a 50/50 chance on getting a good pack.

Anyone else notice this? We used to love to snack on them quite a bit so it’s just a bummer and wanted to bitch a little.

since the beginning of the year or so it’s seemed like no one is adjusting the schedules that the system generates. because of this i’ve been getting pretty odd shifts (5.5hr, 7hr, 4.75hr, etc). one of my leads told me that they just decided to stop fixing it. is this a new thing or is it just at my store? i mean i already put in my 2 weeks so it’s not gonna affect me anymore but im just curious.

There’s a new HEB opening up in my college town and i was wondering when i should start looking for jobs

After working here for going on 2 years, there's something I do not understand.

Does this company really expect you to work for them for 10+ years just to get full time status? I have been begging for full time for so long now because 30 hours a week is an insult and not livable whatsoever. My manager ended up finally scheduled me 40 hours a week since April and I have since been busting my ass giving my all showing that I want to be made full time, only to be told a few days ago they're cutting budget in my department and im going back to 30 hours a week. The only person in my department that is full time has been with the company 24 years and is a miserable person that has a paper trail of complaints from both me and other partners and acts hostile towards everyone in the store but they refuse to fire them.

Before someone tells me to try other departments, I have. I get fed a plate of diarrhea everytime I ask someone. For a company that is so praised for being great and taking care of their people, they sure like treating everyone like children that have zero responsibilities while the Butts sit in their mansion making record profits and the store directors that make 6 figures do nothing but walk around the store with their arms crossed or sit in their office stalking partners on the cameras. this point im just going to look for another job because I do not think moving to a different store will change anything.
