Ok so if I have too many stars do the old ones get replaced by new ones?
Or do you just get to put those stars there and that’s it they never change?

Can someone explain to me what's really going on with this cycle?
It feels like when he knows he's really really wrong about something he goes into a rage. He makes things worse, so bad it's not anywhere near imagination that we would stay together.
Insults, accusations, refusal of any love and affection in order to not address the real problem. No apology, no plans for how to resolve the issue and get better moving forward.
Then, silence for a while, and finally he reaches out and touches me, holds me, tells me he loves me...
The next day leaves me feeling angry and abused but I know if I try to talk about it Armageddon will ensue again
Someone please explain this i know it's already been mapped out and has terms etc
