so i'm going to tokyo in november and it turns out i'm gonna be there for the release of the new space paradise!!! OMG i am so excited!!! i reaallllyyy want to get my hands on one, it'd be so special to get it while i'm there but i know new tamas can be hard to find on release days in japan. one of my dear friends even went a while back and couldn't find a single paradise for sale which freaks me out a bit x(
i'm wondering if anyone here has any experience as a foreigner preordering a tamagotchi for pickup while they're traveling in japan? i know it is a system that exists i just don't have a clue where to start, let alone if the systems are friendly for non japan citizens. i'll be starting the day in sunshine city and moving into ginza later in the day on the 21st if anyone knows any specific stores to target. any and all advice welcome!

what does this icon mean?

Heyy, i have trouble figuring out what my Tama wants. His hunger bar is full and he is also pretty happy, like a bit over half the bar. I played hoola hoop and a gotchi points game, i cleaned the room, fed him snacks, pet him but the icon just wont go away. Can someone help😭

My Lab Tamagotchi screen size is ridiculous

To make it worse they added a huge crowded wallpaper around the screen in a lame attempt to fool the eye.

Falling out of the hobby due to resale prices

Tbf i have a fair collection, but collecting itself was such a big part of the hobby for me. Now we got meets for $350+ and Im sadly falling out of love with the hobby of tamas, that plus its hard to take care of them while working fulltime
Anybody else with me on this?
