If anyone has an HP Victus laptop with a Ryzen 5 5600H (or any other Victus model), please check the underside panel (the bottom cover with the screws). I noticed that only the fan intake areas have open holes, while most of the remaining perforated sections are covered by a plastic film from the inside.

I removed the film from those areas and made sure to place the black and white pressure pads back in their original positions on the cover. Combined with a cooling pad, this seems to improve ventilation while gaming.
