I am looking for a summer lease takeover for my apartment starting on June 1st. The lease ends on July 31, and you will have the option to sign a 12 month lease after that. Rent is $2,480.49/month plus a returnable security deposit of 1 month's rent.

The Apartment:

  • 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom with 2 closets
  • Washer/Dryer in Unit
  • *Unfurnished when I move out!
  • 2nd floor in a walk-up building
  • Huge bedroom (photos show a Queen-sized bed and 6ft long dresser with space to spare)
  • Bedroom window view shows a courtyard, rather than someone else's window
  • Pet friendly!
  • Quiet neighborhood and kind neighbors
  • 10-15 minute walk to A/B/C/D/1/2/3 subways
  • 35 minute commute to Times Square
  • 2 grocery stores are within 2 blocks away and the Bronx Terminal Market is a 20 min walk
  • St. Nicholas park, Columbia University, all the shops and restaurants on 125th street and 2 rock climbing gyms are within easy walking distance (<30 min walk).

Requirements:

  • Applicants must make approximately $99,200/yr (40x rent). Alternatively, you can sign with a guarantor who makes $248,049/yr (100x rent).
  • Complete the landlord's application ($20 Application Fee)
