2015 Siverado 2500 6.0 gas engine will not start. Tried to jump with no luck, replaced battery with no luck. In the video, when turning the truck over the starter makes a loud pop. It's louder in person, it's definitely the starter making the pop as dust will drop off when turning over. Not something ive heard before with dead battery issues.

Does the starter seem like the culprit? The issue seemed to happen randomly, and the truck has 60000 miles. Although, we are in WI. Thank you!
