I'm a clanker, my homies are clankers, I need one more clanker in the group. I need help getting my dawg Laylaps to join the team. I need to trigger the "Trace of Metal" mission so I can build the little homie. I got my settlement and fought off the sentinels, but the quest did not trigger when it said I was free to explore.

Now to clarify, this is on an expedition save, so is this mission locked from the expedition?

I'm running out of stuff to do and I just want my squad.
