Which wheels for my m240

I am debating between bronze and black apex vs-5. Planning on 18x8.5 et 40 front and 18x9.5et58 rear with Michelin ps4 235 front and 255 rear. What do you like better? I'm leaning black. Also any fitment issues? The car is currently stock but I do plan to lower it an 1" or so just to close wheel gap a bit.

LSD install quote

I just received a quote from an indy shop to install the mdiff in my f23 m240i. The total is $6k. The rough breakdown is $3,850 for the diff, $1,550 for install, $400 tax. I can find the diff online for $3,200 but if the shop provides it, then it is warrantied. Thoughts? Is the crazy or about right? I was expecting in the $4k-$5K range.
