Hi! I’m looking for a 1 bed 1 bath in Greenpoint for around $2,200-$2700. I’m 30 years old, no pets, really clean, great credit, have a stable job, and love to be part of a neighborhood.
Looking for something near Kent St/Franklin st, good light, an older building, washer/dryer in building. Some outdoor space preferred but not deal breaker.
