What are my odds?

I have good numbers and traditionally I’d place myself in the 80th percentile of applicants (517, 3.9, 1200 clinical, 100 shadowing, 250 volunteering and 3 publications), however I was arrested once at 18 and once 19 years old (4 years ago and the arrests were only 4 months apart) for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. All charges were dismissed after volunteering and alcohol rehabilitation courses. How much of a hit is my application taking from these arrests? I’ve gotten some professional opinions but want to see what Reddit thinks because I get more and more nervous thinking about it.
