worried my heart is beating wayy too much for a simple 40-1h walk.

so, Im 16f and Im not healthy due to us not having enough money for anything besides fast food..im 5‘3, and like..170 (I know, HEAVY..Im stafting omad tomorrow though and cal tracking, since I tend to overeat a lot without meaning/wanting to). i broke my toe last year so badly I had an entire foot cast and still can’t walk on it, so I stopped walking as much. i would normally walk 10k, plus now im also homeschooled.

i normally walk on my own and my heart beats stays within 100-120 beats, but my mom joined me today for my walk and I had to walk her pace and talk the whole time. I got in 8k steps (technically 5k, did 3k earlier) but my heart beat was so fast rverytime I kept checking, and the last I had checked on the walk it was 155, and im convunced thats not good at all/unsafe. I an literally running on 2 hours of sleep plus I had just ate before the walk, and barely any lquids and I got literally SO anxious and assumed I was having a like a hheart issue cause of everything combined LMDAO. I hate how my anxiety keeps ruining everything. I felt out of breath on my walk and anxious and mybmom made it all worse, im home now but still my anxiety is awful.

i dont know what to even do, since im worried my heart beat is too fast for this stuff.
