My car got totaled and the guy who hit me had state farm insurance so I filed the claim through his insurance company. The settlement offer I received from State Farm seemed a little low and wanted to get some thoughts.

Settlement offer I received was $13,700 which seems low for a fairly new car with okay mileage on it
