I was prescribed Abilify Aristata injections almost 3 months ago. Since then Ive been steadily gaining weight 205lbs to 225lbs.

Previously I was on Geodon and then Latuda with no weight gain but they didn't help with my auditory hallucinations.

My psychiatrist prescribed Metformin 500mg bid to help with the weight gain. He also said Topamax is an option but isnt as effective. Im not a candidate for glp-1s.

Has anyone had success with Metformin or Topamax?
