I wanted to share a build that I put together that I’ve really been enjoying. I did this a month or so ago with a sheriff, slingshot build but I think I’ve really refined it so I wanted to post an updated version. This build is perfect for solo play, it’s tanky, self-healing, and does good damage.

The build works because there is a lot of synergy between core strength (gives max armor without being blue, damage without being red), hunter’s fury (20% armor on kill, shotgun damage, smg damage), sheriff (shotgun with no damage drop off), and emeline’s guard (smg with the perfect preservation talent for even more armor on kill)

even ninjabike itself providing cores for core strength, and technician for the extra yellow, like everything here is intentional and goes together.

This build with a tier 5 artificer hive is also very good, instead the drone, but i feel like enemies destroy my shield pretty quickly with this event active anyway lol. The fixer drone is nice for healing between kills and it’s set and forget more or less w/ a relatively short cooldown

Regardless, whatever skill you put there will be tier 5 and pretty good so you can think of it like a flex spot if you want to give it a tweak and make it your own. could be traps vs hunters or jammer vs black tusk etc. The shield will remain tier 6 because of the blue from ninjabike
