How long does abdominal pain last after mono? I’ve had zero symptoms for weeks, but my abdomen still has random pains every day, especially when I move a certain way. It’s definitely not as bad as it was in the thick of mono, but I’m tired of hurting. It’s been almost three months since my symptoms started, anyone else still having lingering pain? What do you do for it?
