How many PTO hours do L4 managers start with and how many hours do they accrue each week?

How do managers access their Amazon email from home?

Hey, I just got hired for an L4 role and will be heading to Seattle next week for AD1. After that, I have three different training programs scheduled: AEW, SSD Academy, and STA, which will run through late July.

I’m a little curious about what these programs are like and what the typical hours look like. I was told they’re Monday through Friday, but I’d appreciate any insight into the daily schedule and what to expect throughout the training process.
