KGS: Is bonus/appraisal affected by this KRA?
It is my first year with KGS, with respect to the metrics, my utilization is above 90%, not missed out on any timesheet, zero mandatory trainings missed. Although my Return To Office (RTO) is less than 50%. I havent yet done any certification as I am fully occupied in the engagement at hand, will this affect my year end appraisal/bonus?
