Accept job offer or not
Hello, having a dilemma lang regarding job offers hehe, I am 22M, from a certain province in the South and I am currently working somewhere in a province in North, full f2f. I received a job offer with a wfh setup with once a month RTO. I cant decide whether I will accept or not yung offer.
Current: 50k base salary but with OT pay, I can go around 55k net. Pero downside, I have to work until 9PM on weekdays and on Saturdays to achieve this. Current company also has 13 and 14th month pay and also a company bonus. I also rent here a condo sa North and buys my own food.
Offer: 65k base salary. Net would be around 52k-ish. Once a month RTO. No 14th month pay but has 13th month pay and company bonus din. Benefits are also quite good din.
Dilemma: If I will compute for like the net income on a yearly basis, current company pays higher. But considering expenses, and assuming I will just wfh with no rent and not so much expenses on food, net savings will be higher on the new company. Tbh, I want to live alone sana kasi and I enjoy it and live with my friends around Manila area but if I will compare the net savings before and after, I will have less ipon on the new company. Also, is it just bc of the setup that makes it worth it? Like i dunno like what if there was the same setup and I decided to rent, then it is not worth it. I also think if there will be growth ba considering my net income became lower or idunno huehue
Add: There is this company offering me 75k base but net would be around 58k. This is in BGC and hybrid setup with once a week RTO.
What are your thoughts on this? Pls pls pls any thoughts are welcome. Thankssss
