Low heart rate

Hi ladies ,
Has any noticed a lower heart rate after having a baby ? I know your heart rate rises while pregnant but mines has went even lower after I’ve had the baby. Resting can be in the 50s and that’s never been like me and when I’m
Sleeping it’s in the 40s all night.
I do suffer with health anxiety so this making me spiral lol but I’ve echos and ecgs in the past and everythings been fine

Low HR while resting/sleeping

Hi all,
I’m 30, female, 191 lbs.
Recently had a baby 8 weeks ago.
I’ve always had a problem with my heart rate being constantly high but after having my baby my heart is constantly in 50s while resting and in 40s when sleeping, I get notifications saying my heart has been in the 40s all night.
Anyways I do suffer quite bad with health anxiety and this has really made me spiral as I’m not used to seeing these numbers.
I’ve had 72hour ecg last year and everything was fine and also had an eco a couple years ago and that was also okay.
I used to get really bad palpations and on my ecg you could see this but doctor says they are benign I was just very aware of them.
Anyways should I be worried about my heart rate being like this ? Sometimes I do feel dizzy
