I (38F, 160cm,48kg)have always had this stabbing pain/ uncomfortable weird feeling every time I slightly poked my belly button. A year ago I got a tick in my belly button and wasn’t able to remove it properly therefore needed a small surgical aid.  A doctor cut off a small bit of my belly button, with the remnants of the tick, during procedure it hurt me so much and this feeling was there as if he was poking my belly button and since then I can’t get rid of that unbearable weird sensation inside my belly/ urethra/genitals with an occasional stabbing pain and my belly feels contracted at all times. Is it even possible that doctor pinched the nerve endings and these are the symptoms I will live with ?
