It’s been a year and half now I didn’t use pop os since I changed to another computer and had this obligation to use Microsoft products for some reasons, and I was lazy to do dual boot.
Now I’m reconsidering to go for pop os or Ubuntu again and revive my hobby.
Usually people when they feel empty they try desperately to be in a relationship to fill that void
In my opinion I understand that, but it’s not the best move to do.
In my case whenever I feel empty or lonely or whatever feeling makes me sick I go to gym and hit a very hard session to where my body fail, go for a walk, and the best one I do so far is to set some tiny goals at the end of the week that I will focus on as example ( make 400$ saving to the side or finish one of the projects milestone before my stakeholder even notice, finish reading a book or a chapter, start a new hobby or learn a new skill ) so far that helped me.
