Dear Golub Corporation,

Please change your company policies in such a way that shows you care about employee morale. Come down and talk to the cashiers, the baggers, the desk clerks, the maintenance personnel… they and everyone else all wish they had an incentive to choose your company to work for. There are none. And it shows in company culture, policies, and customer feedback.

Employee morale affects your bottom line. It affects staffing. It affects customer experience. And seemingly, no aspect of your company’s policies really meaningfully understand or care about that. Not to mention it’s just the right thing to do, to take care of the people working for you.

If you have anything other than 100% agreement with what I’m saying and what I’m asking for, you are the problem.
