I've been looking at collies for a while and most go for around £2000 from reputable breeders. But I found an ad for a non pedigree for £600 and am wondering if this is a red flag due to them being so cheap.

They are very close to where I live and assume they haven't had the health checks that most breeders do and I don't want to support someone that is just farming puppies or not having the puppies best interests at heart.
