I have been working on the ramp/bagroom for 2 months now, today I was offloading and I put a gun on the belt. (supposed to go inside and give it to CBP) I know im supposed to see the sticker saying this but nobody else in my team said something about it beforehand, I’m wondering if anyone else has gone through a similar situation?

My manager said the badge coordinator will be reaching out to me that if I could get my badge back it take like a week or so.

Y’all think I’ll be able to get my badge back or am I cooked?? was this my fault or should it have been known there was a gun being off loaded before it got to me?? I’m hoping this was just a mistake that I can move forward from but if anyone has advice or insight about this let me know
