I'm a student who's currently studying abroad however I'd like to know if I can take a transfer to KSU?

I'm currently in my 5th semester, due to some personal problems I need to look into transfers here. The only thing is, I'm a non-saudi resident and despite reaching out via email, I haven't exactly gotten their response.

Could you guys please guide me on this matter? It's quite urgent :/
