Help! Do I really need all of this?!

Turning 38 soon and started getting more noticeable peri symptoms. The typical waking up at 3-4am and being overheated, ear itching started 2 years ago, and short periods, etc. Have been lurking for a while and read the Perimenopause Survival guide and such. I also have ADHD and saw the recent study about starting peri early so things made sense.

Already got the "haha you're too young" from GP but she agreed to a blood test since I wanted to get iron/ferritin/cholesterol checked anyway and it did help support my peri symptoms at least. Doc was skeptical but mentioned possible POI which is starting to sound like the hidden link for ADHD peri women funny enough.

Now the thing that has me spooked is she was recommended by a Gyno(whom I've never spoken to) that I get a ton more tests that I don't think I need? We are never having kids(and made sure it won't happen on the spouse's side) but some of these tests come off as if I'm planning to have them:
HCG, PRL, adrenal anti-ab, TPO, fragile X analysis, karyotype, DXA scan ???

Has anyone else been asked to take these tests under 40 y/o? It just seems like way too much. Once we can afford it, I'm thinking I should just pay OOP for a private clinic instead but no idea when that will be unfortunately.
