I have maxed cd and quantity on my DW. On both of my core modules I have anc dw quantity and cd . (I know its not necessary, will roll assist core)

The situation is DW is not still perma . There is still a deadtime between activation and I think effect wave frequency got up ridiculously.
Does effect wave activation was always this fast or my waves are overlaping each other ?

Im farming T19 , with damage slider set to -15 , bounce shot range locked at 0 , range at 43.5 . My orbs are set to 43 and 53 meters with slider . PS stun is off , I couldnt survive without CF+ so its on .
What am I missing for getting more enemies to tagged with my orbs for coin boost ?
No matter what I tried , I couldnt get orb percentage above %60
Should I shatter unique epic modules if I own 5* for that module ?
A single unique epic module gives 2000 shard for its type , should I keep duplicates or shatter them ?
