Pain behind left ear

I've been having an uncomfortable feeling behind my left upper ear for about a week, i'm quite a hypochondriac so things like this really scare me especially because i'm about to temporarily not have health insurance. I don't really have any other symptoms but i recently quit smoking marijuana and i've been going through withdrawals only for a little bit longer than i've had this symptom. I also have ETD mostly in my left ear as well that seems to get worse this time of year. any ideas of what it could be? please try not to scare me lol

marijuana withdrawal

I know i'll have a certain amount of people that say withdrawal isn't real, but i'm suffering. ive been using daily for about 3 years and a couple weeks ago i started to wake up nauseous, i am going through a lot of stress and anxiety because im about to move across the country and start a whole new life. but i was scared (im also a hypochondria) that i was developing chs so i chose to quit. i withdrew for about a week and a half and then caved, i wanted it to help my anxiety but by that point it was not even hitting the same and was just making me feel worse. so im back to it, a couple days in and its just unbearably uncomfortable. headaches, diarrhea (i feel like i was already having poor digestion from smoking to begin with) and constant flipping between cold and hot. obviously having trouble eating much of anything too. i really would appreciate it for my own anxiety, if others can tell me their withdrawal experience too, and even tips to help if you have any. please
