I have been searching for this obsessively for the last year or so and I haven't found a single thing that resembles it. The closest thing I got was "The Deep".

I watched it on a Turkish kids channel, I can't remember if it was TRT çocuk or Minika GO.

Here are some of the details:

• Animation style: CGI
• Characters: a boy and a girl (teen humans) with 2 robot companions that assist them in their underwater adventures.There was also an old man who i assume was their grandfather. The villain was a human with a large underwater base. he had also a sidekick, think his name was something like "Shmink"? idk
• Location: there was an island where the protagonists would dock their submarine, most of the show took place underwater.
• Title: i'm pretty sure it consisted of 2 words, they were pretty long and hard to type (it might have contained the letters S, B, Z or K...). I remember typing it on youtube as a kid to try and find more episodes, and even back then there were only 2 clips of it online.
• Plot: i hardly remember anything that happened in the show, except that there was some sort of race in one episode. in another episode, they were breaking into the antagonists underwater base by figuring out the code for the door.
• Additional details: i remember it being fairly colorful, like there were neon colors. I watched it around 2014-2016.

I thought I made this show up or something, but apparently 2 other users on here have asked about a similar show with no response unfortunately. Third times the charm?
