Hello

I am at this moment travelling ICN-YYZ-YOW. I am at YYZ now.

I have 2 bags checked in to YOW. The bag tags say YOW.

I went through domestic connections customs area and I am now at the lounge.

For one of the bags, the app gave me a Bag Collection Required message. I am required to collect that bag before my connection at YYZ. The app shows the other one is waiting to be loaded to YOW. No such status for the one with the message.

I don’t even know how I could go backwards through to the customs protected baggage claim area, even if I tried.

The lounge agent says this is probably a glitch but I have little confidence.

I welcome your suggestions. I have 3 hours.
