I currently have both the 0.05% tretinoin AND the 1% tretinoin. I didn't get the clearest directions and tips on how to use for best results. I have pretty extreme acne that has been around for a LONG time.

1. How many times a week should I use 0.05% to begin with.

2. Application: im thinking sandwich method but how much time do you wait between layers? After cleansing.

3. At what point do I start the 1%? One month in? 2 months in?

4. How many times a week do I use 1% since its a higher percentage

○ I use simple cleanser, high spf, and thick moisturizer
