Well I'm new to this so I couldn't post two pictures so I kind of tried to give you the front side of the new one in the back side of the old ones but I'm sure you can see through the back side of the other ones that they're not doing that great but the two bad ones are together and this one little one is on the other side of the pot just in case you couldn't see it that way please don't be judgmental just help me with this plant please

What can I do

So I rescued this plant from Lowe's and I have another one just like it that I rescued they're both in the same exact pot. This one I cut off all the bad leaves and I just can't get any more to grow I don't know what to do the other ones doing good. They are both in self watering pots . I've fertilize them just like I do all my other ones I give them the banana peeling water when I bring all of them home I'm no plant expert but I but I do know a lot I don't clean myself to be an expert just yet I'm just wondering if anybody can give me some more advice maybe what I do to help this little girl along to get more leaves other than what I've been doing or what I've done did this leave isn't completely dry and crunchy I mean it doesn't feel as moist as I would like for it to feel but it's nowhere near as crispy as it may look! any advice?. I mean I let them acclimate.
