When will Quantum Fiber switch from the Lumen backbone to the AT&T backbone? The current network performance is truly terrible.

The Worst Network in the U.S.
Quantum Fiber is absolutely terrible; the latency during both downloads and uploads is extremely high. It is the worst internet service I have ever encountered.
