How to stretch hamstrings into splits? (hypermobile)
For some reason, majority of my family have extremely tight hamstrings. I would really like to be able to do the splits, I’m able to do the movement very easily with my front leg bent back (so therefore hamstrings aren’t being stretched) so I know that the issue is my tight hamstrings. I have been doing the basic hamstring stretches but they don’t seem to work, I can still only just touch my toes with a little pain. After I work out (weights) however I can do it very comfortably. So, what should I do to achieve splits? As in the title I’m hypermobile if that changes anything.
