Concerned about very slow HCG rise… Has anyone experienced this? What is the likeliest outcome?

Hi everyone,

I’m really spiraling. I had a mmc back in January and we just found out on Sunday that we conceived again after our first medicated cycle with letrozole and a trigger shot. I had my beta drawn on Monday and it was 32, and 48 hours later I had a job again. I was 39. I’ve been having some cramping and dizziness. I called the office and they said they’re just going to wait until Friday for another blood draw. Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I be preparing my heart for the worst? Does this sound more like a chemical or an ectopic pregnancy?

Help me figure out if I’m pregnant - brand: easy@home and FRER showing different results

Hi all! My first time posting here. This is our first medicated cycle. We did letrozole and a trigger shot. Today’s the first day I was allowed to test. I am 14 days past trigger shot and 12 DPO. My easy@home test (second picture) seems to show something faint… Is this a possible positive? What’s
Tripping me up is that the FRER test (taken using same urine sample) clearly shows negative (unless I’m missing something). The third picture is an easy@home test taken roughly 12 hours earlier. Does that line look about the same color as the easy at home test in the second picture? Or does there appear to be a deepening of color? I don’t know what to think. Has anyone ever had this discrepancy before? I will go in for a blood draw tomorrow morning to confirm, but it’s killing me in the meantime
