help me find this novel please!!!
It's a Chinese BL novel, the protagonist is called Lin or Li and he is reborn a few days before the apocalypse.
There are NO zombies, this apocalypse is devastating natural disasters (earthquakes, extreme heat, extreme cold, drought, plagues) The protagonist uses his money to build a house in the village where he used to live with his grandfather and stock it for the disaster, I remember that he even buys a mountain so that when disaster strikes the trees will die and he can pretend that he invested all his money in it (this grandfather has a mysterious past, but we discover that he was in the army when he was young and served together with the romantic partner's grandfather).
The romantic couple (I think their name is gu or something like that) initially died in one of the first big earthquakes I think, but the protagonist goes after them after being reborn and they move into the new house with the protagonist's Grandfather. They raise fish and other animals in the house too, in the end they end up adopting two children with some type of brain development evolution and a boy with some type of physical development evolution.
I remember that the protagonist's grandfather had a sister (did her name have something with pin or ping in it?) who tried to sell an old family medicine book for a lot of money (this medicine book was one half and I think the romantic partner had the other half or something like that).
There is a scene in which a child falls into a crack in the ground and is never found, then a giant tree grows in that crack and the pieces of the child's clothes are in its branches, the military burns the tree and seals the crack with steel sheets.
Here are all the scenes that I think are impactful that I remember from the novel. I'm not good at searching JJWXC so I haven't found it yet T~T if anyone recognizes it please help.
