Jeez they really do make it so much harder for themselves eh. Contacted via the webchat initially as 500m contract coming to an end soon currently paying £38, states best they could offer was £48 to stay on the same speed and some free pods. Sounded terrible compared to what I’ve seen here. Called the 020 3743 6947 number, spoke to someone Scottish and they literally said £25 for stay on same speed or gig1 for £28 and Netflix like what other folk here had gotten, easy choice imo. Literally on call for 5 mins.
