Hi I need help with getting compensation from Turkish Airlines. Under Turkish Airlines, my luxury items worth of more than 3000$ got stolen and now they are refusing to compensate me just because I don’t have receipts with me. I came from USA to BD with a connection in Istanbul. My baggage arrived 24 hours later with things missing from my luggage. My luggage also had my jewelry’s. I shared them my bank statement as well but they are still not gonna take that as evidence. They want receipts which is not possible rn because I left them back in the US. Can anyone help me in this situation? It’s been over one month but I am not getting help from anywhere.
