So I was diagnosed with mthfr and val met comt. My doc prescribed deplin but it's so expensive I chose methl life floated 15 mg instead. Took it , got worse and decided to quarter them. Still feel bad but not sobbing uncontrollably anymore. My question what else should I be doing? Im taking methyl b12 and magnesium glycinate now. Just want to feel normal which I have never experienced.
